The thing with Thomas is it was one person and it seems that that incident served to stretch the definition of workplace harrassment. Hill was never denied a promotion. She actually followed him to a new job. He didn't rape her, grab her pussy, or even demand sex he didn't get. If he were of a different ideological bent, the Left would have been screaming that what he was put through was pure racism.

Im not sure either way. But I disagree with your time theory. I mean, it's possible to wise up, especially after you narrowly get voted in to the Supreme Court due to these allegations. Or he could have a better system of pay offs, etc.

I think the other accuser was questionable but I'm not sure. I think I may have gotten that impression from the HBO movie.
