Dodgers have always been in a class by themselves.

Garvey, Cey, Sutton, Tommy John, Welch. I mean the list goes on and on.

I always thought it was crazy to see Bill Buckner playing the outfield in those rain delay highlights, only knowing him as I did at the time as a Cub that could barely walk.

Ah, Welch.

I think of him as an Athletic because of the 27 win season. I was rooting for 30

Do we get to count Vin as a Dodger?

OTOH, Kirk Gibson can be lit on fire any time somebody wants to get around to it.

I was always a fan of Mike Piazza because of that one calendar shot he did where he was shirtless and glistening.

You know you’re gonna google it.

And former Dodger Dave Stewart was the best starter on the team that year.

Absolutely. Greatest 4 year stretch ever.

I was 10 though and in my youth the baseball records/numbers thing was huge.

Tommy John and Brett Butler. I wouldn't really call him a Dodger, but I loved Reggie Smith. Third greatest switch hitter of all-time.

More well known, well liked and respected than just about all of the players.

I remember Dusty Baker as a Dodger. Fond memories of the arm bands as a kid.
Dave Stewart, Don Sutton cause he supposedly hated Steve Garvey, Fernando Valenzuela, Guerrero (Dukes), Mike Scioscia (Dukes), and Ron Cey (Dukes)

Dukes is for time spent as member of ABQ Dukes AAA team. Fun reading about/watching them, then go LA and be successful.
