No you don't. I would agree with your assessment. I don't think they have the pitching aligned to compete. Rich Hill tomorrow and it will probably be a Dodger victory. It won't get better as things go along.

I think Maddon may end up with egg on his face. The ruling from NY was that the catcher never tagged the runner. It was not a blocking infraction. That is what the radio told me just before he jumped up to the podium. I am into my cups, so I reserve the right to be wrong.

That makes no sense then because Contreras tagged him after the slide. If it was not a blocking infraction then he is clearly out

That is an excellent point. Q gave up 2 runs. The Cubs didn't do dick after scoring their own 2 runs. This would have just been a more painful loss for the fans and the pen. The bats need to show the fuck up or they will be getting packed up. They had a good approach vs Kershaw and as soon as he was out they had some god awful ab's against all the relief pitchers.
