What a complete shit show.

Yeah, but they weren't supposed to be anything else.

True. But this is worse than I personally thought they'd be.

Bad snap would be a Bears way to loose.

I didn't realize the NFL was working with the Special Olypmics this week. What a goofy-assed game.

They will wait to fire him, but the special teams coach should immediately be fired. But he won't.

They'll still get a top 7 pick at worst. And with all the QB's that will be over-rated and picked, that's like a top 4.

Nice lol

Well, it wasn't the most conventional way to do it. But nice to see them get it done.

Mitch looked ok, but there's some stuff he has to clean up for sure. Nice step up and throw to Wright to set up that game winning field goal. It's a small thing, but it's those little things that a young QB can build on from a confidence standpoint. Also, our O-line needs to step it up on the pass blocking. Yeah Mitch held the ball too long on a few plays but there were also pass plays that were busted right from the snap.

Great day for the defense. Kyle Fuller, Amos and Jackson all had good games today. Leonard Floyd with another disappearing act after a nice game last week. He has to become more consistent.

And special teams? Well, they get a solid and well earned 'lol' grade.

I wondered if Floyd was playing, and then he went off sides on fourth down. Guess that was my answer.

I like Jordan Howard a lot. At least he had remorse for his mistake, and he called himself a bonehead in his post game.

Very different than that idiot who had the ball knocked out before the end zone.

I appreciated that too. You'd like to see them maybe not give him as many carries a game going forward, but this may be the best recipe for success.

The Bears have a respectable defense, and a very productive running game. That's normally a pretty good formula for winning games, but they have next to no passing game which easily explains the over dependence on running the ball and not taking making chances in the passing game, especially with a rookie QB with little college experience. With the current offense, they aren't going to score many points and will have to depend on shorter fields from turnovers and holding down other teams offensively.

It's going to be difficult to repeat games like this where they don't have to throw much and have a lead most of the game so this is probably a bit of an aberration, but, at the same time, I would expect the Bears to allow the passing game to open up at least slightly as the season moves along and the rookie is more comfortable within the overall offense, but that could lead to turnovers so they will probably pick their spots for this and not rush it.

(Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky not impressive so far. Hopefully it's just a complete lack of talent at wr but we've heard that story before with actual talent there.

Line blocking has been poor, Whitehair can’t snap it well in shotgun, and I don’t think there are many targets. But unimpressive is a good way to put it.

You're a fuckin idiot if you think (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky looks unimpressive. You should be expecting absolutely jack shit and he's far exceeded any kind of expectations for the first year.

They need to get a different center and put Whitehair at guard. That would help the line immensely.

I am cautiously optimistic about (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky. He shows glimpses.

A ton of Trubsiki's incompletions were him purposely throwing it away. Great football IQ. Brick is football ignorant.

I mean he's right though. If your takeaway from Trubiski is "not impressed" then you are either trolling or a fucking idiot. It's really that simple. He's working with nothing, and playing smart football. How many QB's in the league right now can make that throw he did to Sims? The sky is the limit.

Haven't watched a snap but wonder how a guy can look impressive after throwing for 250 yards. Combined. In two games.
