I wonder if Glennon is thinking "why wasn't the D this good when I was starting?".

I'd still be in there.

Less boring than the games where they are getting their ass kicked.

Yeah but at least they'd get a high draft pick that way. This John Fox ground and pound stuff is coma inducing and going nowhere. If only they gave Hoyer 5M instead of 18M to banjo boy and used that money on some NFL caliber receivers, we may have something this year.

McCown vs. Cutler

Nothing to say about it. Just think it is funny.

Doesn't deserve it's own thread. Or even it's own post.

Theoretically, they might not have been innerested knowing that Glennon was out there instead of (in their minds) the best option.

McCown is another guy they could have had for cheap. But wonder boy Pace saw something in Glennon and ponied up 18M when he had no other bidders. Just hard to get excited about a franchise when the guy in charge makes these kind of judgements.

This defense has played their asses off today. It would be nice if the offense could give them a break and move the ball for a little while, and/or get some points

That has to be a big strike to the McCaskeys. They can't love writing those checks.

That O-line is garbage.

Could be a David Carr situation.

The Bears might have to consider going OL with their pick rather than WR this upcoming draft.

The Bears have 3 first downs with under 10 minutes left in the game!

(Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky seems like a poor man's Kyle Orton.

Glennon could have easily run this second half offense. Air completely out of every football

Orton would at least be throwing. MT has only thrown 10 passes. This is Fox sitting on a lead.

There's a lot of bad to go around offensively for the Bears, that's for sure.

To be fair, just about every time Mitch takes a passing snap he's trying on a new Carolina defender before he can complete the drop back.
