Watched this over the course of the weekend. It runs about 2.5 hours but really doesn't seem overblown or bloated with all of the great
movies the guy has done. A lot of really good interviews with various actors that he has worked with as well as a lot of big name directors
that he broke into the industry with. If you enjoy his filmography and have HBO I highly suggest you seek it out. It's very interesting
what some of these people that end up very successful do differently than your average person to get to where they are. It was quite
an interesting story.

Like Weinstein but with children. Not even close to legal age, either.

Still he's responsible for some cool movies.

Feldman vouches for him.

Maybe he liked girls.

Seems like this pedo ring is going to be exposed sooner than later.

He hasn't directed a good movie since 1998. When he is good, he's great, but lets not let him slip for what hes done in the last 20 years. Lots of trash in there.

We dont really hold artists accountable for their entire body of work.

Nobody hates the Rolling Stones or Robet DeNiro

It isn't hate but they are judged. The Stones can cruise by on rep because people want to see a 78yr old man wag his finger at them and sing Brown Sugar. DeNiro can make Meet the Parents sequels until he dies but a part of you will still judge him and think "Jimmy Conway has come to this?!?"

Interesting timing for Feldman's pot bust down in Loozyana. Like someone sending a message. And thanks to Louisiana's favorable tax credits for film production, Louisana PD's tend to be down with whatever Hollywood asks. I forget what actor it was I saw talking about how the local Louisana sheriff basically gave them carte blanche to do whatever they wanted while filming in town.

'Lincoln' -- Daniel Day Lewis won the Oscar and Spielberg directed and got nominated for the Oscar for Director.

Super 8 maybe the most Spielberg-esque film that he didn't actually direct in recent years. Could be when Spielberg takes a "Producer" and not just "Executive Producer" credit, he's more involved in the day to day filming and final product; like Pat Riley coaching the Heat from 7 rows back post-2008.

I didn't care for Lincoln but I suppose you could talk me into it. Super 8 was bad.

Minority Report was okay. Catch Me if you Can was good. So was terminal. BFG was really good, I thought. Munich was okay.

He is still putting out entertaining movies.

War of the Worlds and Crystal Skull were all time bad movies, though.

What happened to the Rotten Tomatoes guy showing up to play the RT Game on Carolla every week or so? Haven't heard him on the show in recent months, but the gang still plays the game, with a new theme song even.

Wasn't really that impressed with the trailer for his next new one Ready Player One. I read the book and enjoyed it but it doesn't look like the movie
is going to faithfully follow the book as the car racing scene never happens in the book at all. I'm sure I will go and see it though.

Ive listened to like two shows in the last 6 months. Not sure.

I did catch the recent one with Dana Gould because the Huell Brenner bit will never not be hilarious to me.

Oh boy, this is the place to get SOCKS

fuck ernest cline, the book, and the movie.

i'm slightly exaggerating. but if you see that atari documentary about E.T., you will come to hate the arrogant doucher. he calls himself a gentleman adventurer, for god's sake.

Did Feldman ever out anybody? I remember his buddy Haim on Stern..Hes never admitted Michael Jackson was a pervert and he got diddled.

Google it. Lot of anonymous commenters mention it. I was not aware of it, either.

Yea, one of them was a Ron Paul forum.

The internet is wild man. Did you know Steve Gutenberg died and was replaced by his brother Rudy?
