I didn't say they provided most of the funny content.

But Tanny put together the 7 minute tape and it is hilarious.

Is Tannys audio available anywhere online? It is great.

It was funny for a couple minutes, not seven.

They were incredulous that the Texans would sign McGloin over Kaepernick. Absolutely zero understanding that they have a game in 3 days and Bill O'Brien might want to sign someone who knows his offense to serve as a backup, as opposed to teaching it to someone new in a couple days.

Were there any contractual issues?

It would have been interesting to hear an actual analysis of the available options. I don't know what they were to be honest.

But, gasoline makes a bigger fire.

I wanted to see Kaepernick catch on as much as anyone, but now that he's suing the league, that just isn't going to happen. Forget it. You don't need to cry for him anymore.

Agree. Goff also over hyped a Tom Brady/Jim Gray interview yesterday. It wasn’t the “weirdest thing I’ve heard on radio all year.” Brady simply had almost zero opinion of, nor interaction with, Jimmy G.

Not that great.

The best interview of yesterday’s afternoon shows was John Smoltz on with W&S. Give it a listen, was great .

I caught the first few minutes of that. It was pretty good. I liked Pleasac's segment, too.

It's Matt McGloin. I don't care how well he knows your offense, it's Matt McGloin.

And a game in 3 days. For an emergency fill-in it makes the most sense to sign someone who at least is familiar with the terminology.

Agreed. It was more surprising that the play by play guy was the person doing this than it actually was funny to me. It definitely wasn't worth playing all day.

perfectly stated.

As someone else mentioned....why on earth did they keep going back to him. They should have aborted that plan after his first interview.

It was funny once.....not nearly as funny as they made it out to be. But to their credit, gave them a really easy day at the office.
