Hitting in the fast batting cage is not difficult at all. After watching 2 or 3 of them whiz by you it's easy. It's all about getting the timing right.

Now stepping into the batters box and trying to hit live pitching that is coming in 90+ mph would be extremely difficult.

That's it, just get the timing down.

He said he could turn it around also, which I take to mean more than even solid contact.

Board outing.

It takes a few swings to get timing down on 65 and 75.

If it's above 90, I doubt most here are hitting the ball forward. Foul tips don't count.

There's some shit hole around riverside with no lights and black scuffed balls. On time I put on a helmet and it was soaking wet inside. Not sure with what. But they have hot dogs.

We should just spray paint a box on the wall and I’ll bring the heat with a rubber coated.

Went to a party there I think. Hadn’t played baseball for a couple years and the cages were not kind. Worse was they had a radar gun to test your pitch speed and I lost Young Rick Ankeils release point and found of Rick Ankeils release point. After three pitches I walked away.

The joint off of 63rd street was At Bats.

Grand Slam USA was in the industrial park in Lisle.

That's right. I know At Bats closed, I didn't know Grand Slam was done.
