Like a real train? Not like the L right? I don't think the L even has bathrooms.

But never been on a real train. Dont have any reason to take a real train.

Taking the City of New Orleans to New Orleans seems like a cool vacation. Two of my friends did it the year Keith Smart hit the shot and Indiana won the championship. Everybody on the train was going to the Final Four and they were all getting loaded. They ran out of booze before they got out of Illinois. When the train stopped in Carbondale everybody got off and my friend who had gone to school down there led them all to the closest liquor store. Good morning, America, how are ya? Say, don't you know me? I'm your native son.

Another one of my friends swore by train travel. he called it civilized and insisted on getting a sleeper. He took the train to Vegas for my first wedding. Actually, he had to go to San Bernardino and take a bus back to Vegas. He was trying to pick up a train whore but she went with Levon Helm to his sleeper instead. True story.

Last train story. One of my good friends and her sister were taking the Empire Builder and they got a sleeper. They boarded the train kind of late and went to their car and were trying to figure out how the sleeper worked. They were moving the pillows all over and arguing about how it was supposed to be set up and the guy in the next sleeper came out and said, "Okay. Which one of you is Laverne and which one is Shirley?"

Took a piss on a bullet train in Japan. Lav had a window to the vestibule. Then again a lot of Japanese restrooms aren't known for privacy.

Me, never. But apparently MANY do on the Metra. Those bathrooms are some of the worst I have ever seen.

Ate some ++ spicy vindaloo for dinner one night. Next morning on the Metra it hit me hard. It was coming out one way or other.

Upside is if you can shit on a Metra you can shit anywhere. Would be a good way for some of you guys to get the shitting monkey off of your backs.

Affirmative. Train from Munich to Prague. After 3 days of drinking heavy German beers and eating god knows what I spent more time sitting on the pot than I did sitting in my seat.

It has to be an emergency for me to even take a piss on a Metra. Porta-Potties are even cleaner.

It's unreal. They are worse than gas station bathrooms. Last summer, we sat in a car with the toilet. The smell was so bad, even with the door closed, that we switched cars.

Not really. I'm not one of these shy guys but I couldn't shit in there.

Kewpie's is interesting though. I think there are only a few left. The one in Lima and one in Racine, WI. It's great. Dave Thomas stole all the intellectual property to start Wendy's. And check out the Kewpie's logo online. It's kind of weird.

My wife quickly learned to carry kleenex with her. And I stopped at a McDonalds in Florence just to use the bathroom. It was as bad as some of the Metras I've seen.

And good luck finding someone to spot you if you're out of coins and need to shit. The only person I have ever seen pay people's €.75 stall fee when they are clearly desperate is myself.

Fuck the pay stalls. And there's only two toilets when you get in like wtf.
