I ordered pizza online (first time from this location) and pay for the order online ($50 #Ballin). They call me to tell me they're on the way. Everything seems normal. Then the guy calls me when he's in the driveway. He wants me to come out and get my food. I told him if I wanted to come out I wouldn't have gotten food delivered. He pulls off. I call the location and ask to speak to the manager. Apparently the manager answered the phone. She tells me "Sweetie we only deliver to the curb. If you want your food you have to come out and get it." The guy is already gone and I explain my issue with it. She tells me "We'll refund the money back to your card in 1 to 2 business days" and hangs up. I was steaming. WTF type of shit is that? I sent off a 700 word email to corporate and being older and having a lot to lose stopped me from driving to the location.

What kind of horseshit is that?

Only deliver to the curb?

Supplemental douchebag to you as well for ordering $50 worth of Dominos.

Holy shit. That’s hilarious but yeah I’d be fucking pissed too.

But also, you could’ve just nominated yourself for ordering dominos to begin with. You don’t live in Nebraska.

I have MANY kids plus 2 bonus ones and that's what they wanted. I got 2 extra pizzas thinking about tomorrow.

There won’t be 2 bonus there tommorow because DCFS will take them once they find out you ordered Domino’s.

Only time I've heard of that was in the dorms in college and it was school policy.

I don't think that's the store policy and I don't think I was talking to the manager. I think he didnt want to come out in the cold. She told me they started this policy a week ago.

Sounds like BS.

My favorite part of Dominos is how they have commercials that talk about how they remodeled. It's like they know they can't talk about the food so they highlight that there are barstools there now.

That's some serious bullshit Nas. You have to tell us what corporate says. Did you ask what would happen if you were disabled or in a wheelchair?

That is absolutely bullshit. And I cannot stand when people in that situation call me "sweetie" or something like that. I had an issue at a Popeyes awhile back. The lady I talked to called me honey. I got even madder. Like calling you that is going to calm you down and make everything ok

Why would someone who lives in Chicago order Dominos? It's not like Nas lives in Nebraska. He got what he deserved.

I thought they did a whole ad campaign acknowledging the food sucked too. Like “You said our pizza sucked, we listened, it’s SOLID now.”

Who the fuck came up with "deliver to the curb?"

If you order delivery, the driver gets the fuck out of the car and rings the damn fucking doorbell when he arrives.

The driver, as he was taking the pizza out to his car from the store in -2 degree weather.

I’d have walked to the curb, charged them a $3 non-delivery charge and required a tip.

That and they now sell burritos and chicken soup or something.
