I'd guess a WR or - you loved him on Fringe - and is a standout CB - Joshua Jackson.

I think Smith is the guy. Even in 2018 it’s hard to overstate getting a stud LB to captain the defense.

They just got an offensive HC.

They will get him a new toy.

I agree. Just not sure it’s the right decision in this draft where they’re drafting.

Maybe he can jump out of the box like Jarron Gilbert jumped out of the pool.

This is the biggest indictment of what Loggains didn't do last year.

We could come up with a 12 play sub package for a 6'6 TE playing against 5'11 CB's.

loggains always wore the visor hat. I need a full cap or no cap for my coaches. I don't trust the guys wearing half-assed caps.

Workout warrior that will get over-drafted based on how fast he runs. Sorry, I'll take a guy like Ridley that has actually done it on the field against top competition.

Pace doesn't have the balls to draft a wideout with first pick this year or next..he'd fear the Matt Millen treatment.

Last 2 years averaged 1100 yards and 11 TDs.

Good workout.

Idk about drafting first round WRs. Look at what Brady and NE do with white guys off the street.

That's why I've said for 10 years he's the GOAT, he had one year of Moss and now one with Cooks. It's all about TD to turnover ratio..that's what wins n loses games.

WR there is a reach, agreed. It's a prediction, not a preference.

Trade down to the mid-teens and grab a WR. Won't happen, though. Not much value in the trade for the other side as I see it now.

Is he a workout warrior or a top performer in a bad conference?

Agreed. Sounds like a winning combination.

I do agree getting a WR in the first round is a big gamble. My preference would be the best OT or best defensive player on the board at the time.

Baker Mayfield will be flying up draft boards if he is 6' or over and all those teams looking for a QB will get jumpy when Allen goes off the board in the top 5

WR MUST be addressed in FA and then in the middle rounds of the draft.

MY GUY at WR is Allen Lazard from Iowa State. Huge, sneaky quick and every time I watched an ISU game he made big plays.

Not if you're serious about taking the best shot to upgrade the position thru the draft. They shouldn't wait to take a serious swing any later than the 2nd round.

If I'm the Bears, and I'm staying in the 8th spot -I'm drafting the best pass rusher (maybe WR depending on who's there), and WR in the 2nd.

I'm hoping they get a good offer and slide back a few slots tho.
