At least it was the cronies(& not family) of the long time puppet/Cook Co board pres who elevated his son into the chair for which he was ill prepared. Or JJJ openly trading on family influence, but weaving a bs facade of upward mobility and sophistication on the charmed electorate.

It's a legitimate problem. Underperforming workers or whatever that are "protected" because of the fear of being accused of prejudice if you take otherwise legitimate and fair action against them.
