Correct.

There aren't even enough NFL quarterbacks to go around at this point.

Most high school quarterbacks already do a ton of 7 on 7 work to improve. They can start at 16 playing tackle and be fine 4 years later.

7 on 7 does little to improve players and enforces bad habits if you are worried about winning. Particularly AAU 7 on 7 which bring absolutely nothing positive to the game of football. The game is drastically different when you can not get hit.

I have seen my team get torched in 7 on 7 by Laquon Treadwell and also by players who couldn't play dead once the equipment was put on. If you think recruiting is ht or miss now, it would be nearly impossible with equipment. Not to mention finding linemen.

There would be an adjustment no doubt when tackle football started but the point is you can develop quarterbacks at the age of 13 without having them play tackle. Most 13 year olds don't pass very well anyways.

I now understand it may be personal with you but the adjustment won't be bad. College recruiters will have tackle film on players so not a big deal.

The problem with banning football is you'll cause children to grow up to be massive burritos like yourself, and I think all of us can agree that is Not Good.

If you weren't a massive, cum gargling burrito, you would find it entertaining!

Also for as much as I love college football if the choice is either brain damage in 12 year olds or 17 year olds not being great at passing I'll choose the one that doesn't give 12 year olds brain damage.

How about you parent your little shits and let others people parent their little shits? Or do you just KNOW BETTER than literally anyone else and deserve full autonomy over the lives of others?

Should we give 12 year olds alcohol?

I was under the impression nobody is given alcohol at all in the United States, or in any country for that matter. No matter how old you are. I feel this policy would prove very popular though.

That is changing the argument. What a kid does in junior high has little effect on college. Everyone hasn't went through puberty yet. Not having tackle football in high school would dramatically alter college and professional football. The best youth QB I ever saw ended up a D2 player. He never grew when he got to high school.

It's not changing the argument. I said 16 or 17 to start tackle football. That's high school.

In France if you ask a server to pour your 12 year old a glass of wine they will do it. And they have nowhere near the toxic drinking culture of the draconian USA.

16 and 17 are Juniors and Seniors of High School in fall when football is played. It takes most kids two years to figure out how to even play with equipment on.

No second hand smoke is a public health hazard to other people. Same reasons 12 year olds can't drive. It'd be dangerous for other people.

Football exists between the lines. Nobody who isn't playing the game is in any danger of getting clocked. Society unfortunately doesn't work like that.

Actually Illinois has no law regarding a 12 year old POSSESSING tobacco. Purchasing yes. But not possession. Perhaps the Libtards and yourself should attack this one before football.

What about letting 12 year olds drop out of school?

Just trying to understand how much adult decision making they can do.
