There is no need for each cabinet agency to have there own,that is what the CIA was supposed to be. Strip out the other shit and let it just be intelligence,its other functions should be allocated to the other agencies that they should belong to. FBI needs to give up its operations outside the USA. CIA needs to get out of the USA. NSA well that is one fucking agency that scares the fuck out of anyone who knows anything about it. Why the fuck does NASA have its own security and intel section?
