Fulmer isn't very good. At least the Sox have some up and coming pitching.

Yeah, that won't fly. Fulmer gave up 4 total runs. The only run Lester "gave up" scored off of Daury Torrez, after LEster left the ball game due to hitting his pitch count.

So, sure, if you're a 'simply box score pitching line' kind of guy that doesn't follow baseball, you may try to imply they pitched similarly.

Oh IMU. Lester gave up a walk and a single and couldn't make it out of the 2nd inning. Those runners were his responsibility, and thus he was charged with an earned run.

"Couldn't make it out of" the second inning? In the first Spring Training start of the year? Do you not understand how pitchers prepare in Spring Training starts? Silly Frank. Frank is also in Spring Training mode I guess. Don't worry, you have time to prepare before the season.

You sound like an idiot, too. First start, pitchers usually just throw fastballs and try to throw strikes. Fulmer's line doesn't mean shit and neither does Lester's. Similarly, the hitting lines the first week or so are bloated for guys that are able to hit fastballs or just sit there as pitchers struggle to find control.
