There is nothing racist about you using that gif; if you posted a gif of an ape running around or eating a banana, that would be considered racist. Everyone needs to stop being so sensitive about everything. Every political thread has gotten stale because everyone is trying to one up another and nothing ever gets resolved. MANY here (on both sides btw) will never admit they were wrong no matter how much information is presented to counteract their argument.

Of course there isn't. But with the turn modern discourse has taken, those who disagree with others are going to be painted as racist, sexist, -phobic, whatever. I disagree with some posters here, and those posters are the type to allege, in this instance, racism of someone they disagree with in an attempt to discredit them and appear either to win the argument or retain the moral high ground.

I've posted nothing that is even remotely in favor of white nationalistic policies and rhetoric (I've even gone through a rundown of said rhetoric line by line and rebuked every single one of their points), but that didn't stop allegations of "Alt-Right" and Naziism to find their way to me, coincidentally, when I was in disagreement with certain posters.

It's a truly sad turn the board has taken, especially now that board admins gleefully partake in it.

They're primarily jokes. Beardown was the leader of the pack but he says he's half Polish so I guess it's okay. As with most things your opinion of the person telling the joke or making the comment will determine how you'll receive it. Don Tiny telling a racial joke is received differently than if Steve says it.
