Baba O’Riley (partial to it from the old WMET classic rock commercials during my formative years)
Real Me (Rocking track with terrific work by Entwistle).
My Wife (A rare Entwistle writing contribution).

This has always been one of my favorite Who songs. It's on my phone and it's one of those songs I never click through when it comes on. "Gonna buy a tank and an AEROplane."

So many great ones, but BO’R still does it for me. “Who’s Next” is just a great album. OTOH, anyone picking any song from “Face Dances” should be drawn and quartered.

I love the Who. I just don't get Tommy.

The whole Quadrophenia album is great front to back. Also enjoy their Live at Leeds album, but I don't have a favorite tune by them that I seek out.
When I am in a Who mood those are my go to choices and I am never disappointed.

Chus is the only one to even mention the correct answer which is A Quick One, While He's Away.

Who's Next....start to finish. I can't pick between Baba O'riley or Won't Get Fooled Again and I love that whole album.

Eminence Front is a personal fav. Underrated.

Eminence Front gets additional love for being in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Lot of fond memories flying the crop duster around San Fierro with that song playing.

I really love some of those early ones:

A Legal Matter
I'm A Boy
Pictures of Lily
Boris The Spider
A Quick One
Tattoo
The Kids Are Alright
So Sad 'bout Us

"A Legal Matter" is a great song. It was smart that Townshend sang it himself.

Gotta love that Pete wrote two songs about jacking it...Picture's of Lily, about masturbation and Mary Anne With The Shaky Hands, about a chick who gives great handjobs.

They both sound so awful today, though.

My dad was a WWII guy who listened to Louis Armstrong and shit like "Mairzy Doats". He thought rock and roll was noise pollution. But he loved "Squeeze Box". I assume because of the lyrics.

The nights I'm up late...either I can't sleep or I get lost on the internet for something I have to do or buy. I have to plan a scavenger hunt and Girl Scout meeting (and maybe a spring break trip) . You'll see me on here pretty late the next few weeks.
