Negative. NDA and a few other things were sticking points. Position was not at all what I was lead to believe it was.

Basically, I had to say that I agreed to be the subject of a temporary restraining order issued without my opportunity to be heard, and said order would be to positively enforce performance of my job, all if they felt ANY part of the incredibly broad NDA would be, or could have been, breached.

I get the whole Amber Alert thing and I think it is a great way to alert the public that somebody's kid is missing or in danger.

But when your phone starts going crazy in the middle of the night for something other than an impending natural disaster, that is not cool.

I saw the alert last night...was still awake...what seems odd about it to me is that the alert and the messages on the boards on the expressway only describe the car as an 04 or 05 Malibu or Impala...no plate number or anything distinguishing beyond that.

I still feel that I am owed an answer on the best way to handle these alerts, in a manner most convienent for you.

I mean, two white girls from nearby New Lenox and this is a big deal right? But let's be honest, you are sitting on your coach, watching Pornhub on your Iphone with the Golf Channel in the background and you don't have time for a 20 second alert on your phone, about two black kids from the city right? That doesn't register with you and "Your" world.

I got that alert out here in the sticks. I guess they could of hopped on 80 and headed west. Didn’t see it till morning and won’t be going anywhere today so ignored it.

Any description of the kids? What fucking town did this happen? Which direction were they headed? The alert makes it sound like a 2 and 3 year old stole a car.
