That's a solid list. Underground Garage and Outlaw Country would probably be 4 and 5 on my list.

In Order
76 - Symphony Hall
62 - Bluegrass Junction
14 - The Coffee House

Honorable Mentions
60 - Outlaw Country - juuuust missed
53 - SiriusXM Chill - would be higher if they added variety and weren't rotating the same 10 songs every hour. also tropic house has essentially disappeared.
99 - Raw Dog Comedy Hits - good for road trips when you're tired of music.

1. Faction 103

Jim and Sam (Jim has always been my guy, I’d religiously listen if Anthony re-joined Sirius or Jim joined Compound Media).

Craig Ferguson Show (I catch the podcast and skip right to the interview. Always enjoyed his television show from start to finish but Craig doing radio is different. I think it has to do with his producer aka co-host. Don’t care for him at all. He shuts up during interviews as he should).

2. Chill 53 (agree with Kirkwood, needs more variety, but awesome station nonetheless).

3. Barstool 85 (Evening Yak with Big Cat and I’ve warmed up to Pat McAfee. He shoots the shit is funny and honest about the NFL).

Earle Bailey on Deep Tracks 27 is top notch.

Off the beaten path there's:

162: CBC Radio 3, Canadian indie rock
314: Faction Punk (I think only the streaming app and/or newer cars)
713: Emo Project
124: POTUS Politics seems to be the only political outlet that is remotely balanced

I wanted to love the Ferguson show. Just couldn't get the hang of it.

The four XM stations I listen to the most:

XM 89: MLB Network Radio
XM 49: Heart and Soul
XM 7: 70s on 7, especially the ATF reruns on Saturdays.
XM 80: BBC World Service

I've been hitting up a lot of Ch.32 The Bridge.

Love me some Seals & Crofts - Diamond Girl. Remember when that was an FM staple?

I had you figured for more of an England Dan and John Ford Coley guy.

I miss backspin 43 proper (before the Sirius/XM merger) back when it was lady B in the place to be and I used to keep a notepad by the starmate (receiver) and that thing got chock full of songs to investigate.... You know, shit like Chubb Rock's just the two of us. Redman's Blow Ya Mind got me to investigate one of the greats. Hell I even heard the "pump pump pump me up" sample from Squatepusher's Fat Controller and discovered my favorite funk band, Trouble Funk.

Now the channel is LL COOL J'S ROCK THE BELLS™®© and you'll catch a lot more stupid shit like (unironic) Kris kross - jump or Tone Loc's wild thing..... It's just not what it was.

Other than that, I'll sporadically hope for sustenance on the first wave channel and end up on that fantasy sports channel more often than I'd like to admit.

I've been trying to listen to a little country music, mostly in the summer. The Highway (58?) is sort of a mix of soft rock with country instruments. And there are stretches where I like listening to four or five songs on CBC Country (up in the 170s, just before the MLB play by play feeds) except that half the songs are about Crown Royal in some way.

He sini, are you familiar with that No Jumpers guy who breaks all the tattooed face SoundCloud rappers who is now being accused of rape/sexual assault by multiple women including one with one arm?

Rock The Bells is awful. That left my presets shortly after Backspin was KIA'ed.

Sirius/XM pretty much sucks, but it's still better than the unrelenting hell of terrestrial radio.

The stations I listen to the most are Underground Garage (there's little, if anything "underground" about a channel that plays the Beatles and Stones as frequently as it does), First Wave (which seems to have a rotation of about 12 songs, three of which are by The Smiths), Outlaw Country (which plays an inordinate amount of trash by Merle Haggard and Ry Cooder instead of alt-country/No Depression luninaries like the Jayhawks, Steve Earle, Lucinda Williams, Uncle Tupelo, Whiskeytown/Ryan Adams, the Flatlanders, Townes Van Zandt, the Band, Sweetheart-era Byrds, etc), the Bakersfield Country station (which is likely to induce suicide if listened to long enough), and the crappy alternative stations (35/36) that are virtually indistinguishable from one another.

Nope, never heard of the guy... Perfunctory Google search imminent.

you might be catching 1st wave at the wrong time, TM. i've heard old school TMBG ("Don't Let's Start"), stuff from Kerplunk! from Green Day (which is kinda weird), and even the Chameleons which is pretty hard to find on any radio station. i've also heard some old XTC too.

they do play way too much cure and typical new wave stuff but there are some nice playlists from time to time.

lithium has really gotten stale to me. seems like every 6 songs in, they have to fuck everything up with either "come as you are" or any red hot chili peppers song, or the usual rage bullshit.

i've really gotten into the radio classics station lately.

Or even worse, Bush, Candlebox, Live, and Our Lady Peace.
