I guess he had the opportunity to attend an alternate study hall instead of staying in the classroom. But still, suspending him for this? I got suspended once from school for skipping out on class. This kid gets suspended for staying in class. Why wasn't a teacher in the classroom?

The high school kids don't get that law enforcement is what failed everyone in the shooting. It was not the NRA or the guns. If anything the kids are being used as pawns of the Democratic party.

I don't think anyone had any delusions that every single kid was fully invested. Of course some kids jumped on the bandwagon or just wanted out of class.

I doubt these kids care too much about guns. Seems they are past the point of trying to live lawfully.

I pass by Hawthorne Scholastic Academy during my runs and noticed they hung ribbons along the fence of their playground in support of ending school gun violence.

The gall of those elementary school kids. Smdh
