If they took Rauner and the longtime bosses of the DuPage county republican party with them, I wouldn't mind

Putting who in prison and for what exactly?

I'll be pulling the pin on this work day shortly to do my civic duty.

Maybe I'll write in Spada even though I live in Cook County.

They tried to disenfranchise me today. Talking about someone challenged my vote and I am inactive. I was about to raise hell but my Republican ladies stepped up and said they remember me and they went and got someone to make sure I didn't get a bullshit provisional ballot. I feel like this was done because I'm a registered Republican. There is a good chance I will vote against all democrats in the fall because of this stunt.

I thought about grabbing a republican ballot, but I can't pass up the chance to vote against Robin Kelly, Toni Preckwinkle and a couple other recommended dem candidates.

Who will ensure with today's wins that I split my ballot in November.

Funny, because I almost grabbed a Dem ballot because I think the races are more interesting on that side. Felt it was kind of bad form, though, to cross over just to stick it to JB and Quinn.

Pulled up to vote and thought it might be busy. 6 cars at the township hall. Lucky for me 4 of them were for election judges. 1/6 booths filled.

I did not vote today, because it no longer has any meaning.

It doesn't matter whom you vote for anymore. Every politician is corrupt, except Rand Paul. It doesn't matter if they are city council members, the mayor of your town, county board members, state legislators, senators or POTUS. They are all liars and hypocrites, backed by their corporate handlers to do their bidding, not yours.

When people finally realize this and challenge the system through massive protests, while refusing to pay taxes or even refusing to go to work to shut the whole thing down, then maybe the country has a chance at redemption. It's laughable how many people get behind Trump, because he is supposedly going after the deep state. Trump is the last person that is doing anything about it. Look at the millionaires and billionaires in his cabinet or how his daughter and son-in-law work for themselves in the White House, while Trump has contempt for poor people. Anything that Trump does is motivated by pure self-interest only. As long as the current constellation of members of Congress remains and with them all the government agencies, from the CIA , FBI and NSA to the bleeping Supreme Court, the Deep State will remain intact. It's all complete infested, and only curable by an Act of God.
