The NBA doesn't really have problems that need fixing. It's doing better than it has in the past 20 years and only the peak MJ/Bulls years have been better in the entire history of the league. Don't fix what's not broken would apply here in regards to salary cap.

No. They were easily one of the three best teams in the league over a two year stretch and had the best record in the league over that stretch. The 2011-2012 Bulls were a great team.
