Absolutely disgusting dipping Doritos in salsa. The idea is to taste the salsa. Regular tortilla chips or scrambled eggs accomplishes this. If you need some kick to your Doritos, get their Salsa Verde flavor.

If you actively dip, I might agree with the nomination, because residue could get in the salsa. If you are to do this, you must scoop the salsa on to your plate and do as you please. At that point, I don't care because I'm not a chick or a burrito.

This is only acceptable if you work at a pizza place because you eat pizza constantly so you have to switch it up once in a while. Whether that’s dipping in ranch/combination of ranch and hot sauce/throwing some hot peppers on top.

I will tolerate a sprinkle of hot sauce or tobasco, but I see kids who won't eat already-delicious pizza unless they can dip it in copious amounts of Ranch or French dressing. It's a godless abomination of glorious institution.
