I feel comfortable with what couple would mean in this context.

Everybody has their quirks.

Justified is indeed awesome.

I have a problem with how Tommy Bucks says “surpreme bullshit” in the opening scene. Not sure why. I just think he should have said something else.

Is this still on/producing new seasons? Haven't watched since the apple pie lady drink of death season. Always enjoyed how they cast Victoria's Secret models to play Kentucky hilljack wimmenfolk.

So let's talk your favorite scene(s) in the show. The funniest scene might be in "The Bird has Flown" when Raylan fights Randall, the boxer. After he already has him handcuffed he tells him if he mentions chickens one more time he'll shoot him with the riot gun, and as Raylan is walking away Randall brings it up. Raylan shoots him so nonchalantly. I always re-watch that scene multiple times. Always cracks me up.

Dewey Crowe's quest to find his missing kidneys was great as well.

Everything in the episode "Decoy" with the IEDs near the convoy and Colt there with the sniper rifle. All of that juxtaposed with Raylan's showdown in the school with Constable Bob on his side.

Boon and Raylan's showdown is an obvious choice.

Agreed on the Dewey kidney scenes. Pretty much anything with Dewey is great.

I like the showdown with Fletcher Nix in the season 3 opener. Raylan can't shoot well and Nix is gonna pull his icepick trick. But instead of reaching for the gun on the table, Raylan pulls the table cloth and shoots Nix.

Pretty much every scene involving Boyd or Art.

Art punching Raylan is high on the list. As is Art and that other old dude with the oxygen having a super slow foot chase and then just collapsing.

I liked when Raylan had Wynn on the floor and dropped a bullet on him and then told Wynn "the next one's coming faster."

I liked when Raylan had to explain doing that to Lexington PD during their Gary investigation.

Raylan and wynn with the harlan roulette was great too.

Dewey and the kidneys was great and one of my favorites is Dewey playing marco polo in the pool

I forgot how good Boyd’s “company man” speech is during the sheriff debate. All time great scene/monologue

Without reading this thread since I am still in season 4, is it a consensus that Walter Goggins as Boyd Crowder is the best character of the show? He steals every scene he's in.

Absolutely. One of the best characters of all time in any TV show.

don't discount the help he gets to play off of, though. I mean, I cant imagine some of those scenes being as hilarious or memorable as they are without dewey, or patton, Arlo or Olyphant.

Boyd’s the best but Art Mullen is an all time 3rd or 4th lead character.

For sure.

Hell even Tim was a very good character and had some great moments.

Time to start watching again.

Yes.

That's slightly disappointing to learn. Season 2 was great though.
Well, other seasons get close. Season 2 was one of the best seasons of any show I've ever seen though.

You and I disagree on a lot but we agree on this.

I don’t know if it’s the best show ever but I’m comfortable saying this is the best rewatchable series of all time, surpassing The Wire and The Sopranos.
