It's ridiculous that the White Sox didn't try to poach Dave Wills. Instead, you guys get Homewood-Flossmoor Len Kasper.

He told a great Ed Orgeron story at the conference I was at where he was the keynote speaker. He was there because the guy putting it together also went to H-F

My man! I was a big Wills fan. He had an attitude on him, too. Would have worked out. Bring the guy back--he's a South Sider, too. (Of course, so is Ed Farmer.)

I've always hated him. Have said it here in the past. With the Sox and with the Cubs. With Hawk or without Hawk.

Our media gushes over him. They call him a brilliant baseball guy. I've never seen that in him. Most of the time he states the obvious. And he is a smarmy douche bag like you say.
