Holy Christ Avi destroyed that ball. They need to lock him up quick because he’s just going to keep getting more and more expensive.

40 bombs and 40 Frank/Keyser pissing matches created. The mythic 40/40/40/40 season.

They can make some plays, though....so it does seem like there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Still a rough tunnel.

Looked safe to me at first glance, but he is indeed out.

Did we lead the league in getting thrown out at home last year? Seemed like it.

Back to grading.

This team's gonna hit 500 homers and not be .500.

After seeing the White Sox awful pen performance combined with the number of solo home runs this team hits, I think a comparison to the 1999 team will really be accurate throughout this year. They aren't a playoff team, but they'll be fun to watch and are really close to competing.

That team had some awful pitching, but then they also had a youth movement made up of Maggs Ordonez, Carlos Lee, and Paul Konerko. Who wouldn't pay to watch those guys crank home runs? Those are the players who cemented my Sox fandom. I was 11 years old that summer but those guys cemented my Sox fandom. While most of my friends were following steroid Sammy, I went with Frank Thomas. I will never regret that choice.

Not a bad call.

Reminds me a little of 1989 as well, but the half the main guys came up a year later. Still, the team learned to win in the second half of that season and they carried it over. So...let's hope they learn to win.

I'll be very disappointed if Brooks doesn't borrow an old slogan for next year. I really want 2019 to be "Hey, The Kids Can Play"

Solid call. On a side not, I have Tim Anderson as my SS on both my fantasy teams. Daredevil or Dumbass?
