I am a huge proponent of workers' rights. And the most important right to protect of all is the right to voluntarily agree to indentured servitude.

Most management and other similar roles don't even work a set number of hours. It would be impossible to quantify how many hours they work.

First Responders, doctors, nurses, and military personal are generally exempt from any sort of overtime law.

They earn a couple of bucks an hour as "call pay" when they are on call.
