It varies .... generally they have to get to 6 early and likely not having given up anything ... or they go an a real tear at some point ... when it feels right, I do it.

Baez has been crazy inaccurate lately. He use to be automatic but now when he throws it I hold my breath like when Russell throws it.

He's only committed two errors previously. And he makes MANY more of those types of throws than he doesn't.
