When we get bad pizza we get Papa johns but I think it's the cheese sticks they want. We are pick up pizza people.

My favorite terrible pizza is skuttlebutts. Their beef and gardiniera is just right.

Papa John's only redeeming quality was that garlic dipping grease. Do they still give you that?

We stupidly paid $20/per for New Years Eve around 1994 for about 6 of us for "all the beer you can drink and food" at Alumni Club downtown.

Sardines would have thought that place was crowded and you had no chance of getting beer but they were walking around selling Jell-O shots for like 2 bucks a piece on a tray.

My friend and I bought the entire tray. It was the only way we were getting a drink so we bought about 30 Jell-O shots.

They weren't good. But we suddenly got very popular with others that also couldn't get drinks. It was like an arbitrage opportunity.
