Here is the point that you dont understand. You got on the Mitchell bandwagon after he started playing well and proclaimed him your guy. I'm sure you watched Utah when he wasn't and didn't think much.

Once he began to consistently drop 20 you hopped on the bandwagon. Anyone can do that.

I knew Tatum was good when i saw him in high school. You were on Lonzo Ball's bandwagon until he flamed out and then you jumped on Mitchell's. Conveniently when he was a top 5 rookie.

Your first mention of Donovan Mitchell was 2 months into the season and you sure had no problem tellling people they were stupid for "watching the Summer League" or thinking Lauri was good. When it bombed on you you defaulted to the "i don't watch college" position.

You don't understand how MVP quite works. He was the best player for a team that was on pace to win 58 to 59 games.

That is what determines value. His numbers weren't bad either.

He easily gets in the top 5 without injury and may still get there with an injury.

He dropped 25 per and shot close to 50% from the field. Also only played 32 minutes a game against stacked defenses.

versatile player. not only can he *usually* hit 3's at a top-shelf clip, get chippy in Lance Stephenson way with the other team's best player, Ingles also runs the offense when then 2nd unit's on the court for the Jazz. True, they mostly move the ball around a bit until someone's open for a 3. But they also ran a bread-and-butter play I recall from HS ball called "State"--where there's a pick/hand-off near the top of the key and the player who hands off breaks to the basket to get a pass from Ingles for an open lay-up. Too bad they couldn't finish the layup half the time.
