That was the exact position we needed to fill the most. Good pick.

No

i'd love for goodell to go back up to the podium to do a mea culpa like "the chicago bears are back on the clock because seacrest said no" =D

Deer in headlights was my comment. But shit, you’re a linebacker going to the Bears. You have a chance to be Lance Briggs. Cool stuff for him.

Fair enough ... call me for the first preseason game.

I look forward to dolphin's annual dozen posts or so that give insight to the emotional rollercoaster he's on because of this pick.

Wait a minute there were 7 teams worse than the bears last year?

Good pick by the Niners. Gotta protect Jimmy G and help the running game

I think the bears have shown enough front office competence, and (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky is at the same point where he has shown enough. Plenty to work on, but we had a lot of talent last year and at this point there's not enough bad so it still looks like we could pop wide open this year. Not a hot team right now but I could see it happen.

Poor Mike Glennon. Time to upgrade your sideline street clothes.

Nice haul for the Raiders to drop five spots.

I like the Smith pick but your initial premise is definitely still in question.

Hoping the Pack gets Derwin. If he’s gone they should trade back a bit and take D.J. Moore or further back for Josh Jackson.

wasn't glennon signed as a backup at the time? like even before there was a proper guy to backup?

he'll still get his money for being glenda (comically bad) and hey less hits to the head+body = he can no doubt climb up the bleachers for his kid's graduation someday!
