The article highlights the futility of trying to prevent the next Parkland while also preserving the protections provided by the 1st and 4th Amendments. So far, my opinion is that the parkland kid had committed violent crimes. That he wasn't prosecuted for those crimes is my issue when we talk about warning signs. This kids weapons violation might just get thrown out... unfortunate as it is because he did indeed own firearms without a foid. I want to know how he got the guns.

This whole thread is rendered largely irrelevant based on this information. He was apparently investigated based on the suspected possession of illegal weapons not for his shirt. That's a valid warrant. His shirt wouldn't be
