Homeless in California have overrun communities and are causing sanitation issues as Camps become flooded with feces. It's seeping into local water supplies.

Candidate for Governor Travis Allen wants to round up homeless and force them into institutions and give them treatment.

Probably not a great idea to institutionalize homeless people. Weird it’s a debate.

Probably also not a great idea to have laws making it illegal to give them food.

There's already a better market based solution to the housing shortage in California, it's called repeal Prop 13 and liberalize zoning rules so that they aren't NIMBY-centric.

The solution is pretty obvious... you get some buses, offer them $250 each to get on the bus and you have a number of locations that might appeal (Portland, Vegas, Phoenix, Albequerque) Bus driver takes them to the city where the homeless congregate and lets them off. Costs you a little bit to pay for the bus driver and the gas and obviously the cash to get out of the state, but $250 can buy a lot of drugs in Albequerque.
