When the government is in possession of all the data on your smartphone including your GPS location, and can access every email and text you send, and has the technology to sniff verbal conversations over the phone, I'd say you've given up a significant amount of liberty for a teensy amount of safety, which is a shitty deal.

The Fourth by removing the "without warrant" barrier provided by the amendment. As was found by at least one court in 2007 (but admittedly I didn't track the entire history of the case).

Also, studies have shown an owner of a gun is more likely to be the victim of homicide in their own home than a non-owner of a gun. Essentially, you're going to pull and get your shit pushed in.

It's not just about searching your car. How about your bank records. How about how cops drive thru neighborhoods looking for heat signatures from homes so they can find grow operations (or maybe just a space heater). Is it cool to have some government agent go thru your personal belongings once a month like Hadley tossing cells even if you have nothing to hide?
