Not at that level. They should be teaching the fundamentals of hitting. Save the swing path stuff for the coaches who get paid.

That is the fundamentals of hitting. If you don't get that down they will quit shortly after 10U out of frustration.

No it’s not. Balance, level swing, hitting the ball where it’s pitched. That’s the fundamentals of hitting. Teach them that at an early age then they will have the ability to make make adjustments to their swing as they mature and get stronger.
