I was wondering if anybody had information on a Chicago Bears DVD about the 1985 team. I have seen webistes were they have this DVD and it says 12 complete games. I wondered if anybody has it or knnow somebody that does, is it 12 complete games from original broadcast, that are close to 3 hours or is it a 30 minute breakdown of each game. Any information would be helpful.

Complete games from actual broadcasts.

They have one of the games against the division rivals (Lions, Vikes, Pack and Bucs).

It's pretty cool to watch them, but it really does show you how far the broadcasts have come.

I watched that exciting Thursday Night Game up in the Hump Dome and couldn't believe how vanilla the broadcast was from Gifford, OJ and Joe Namath. ...and maybe because I know the outcome of all the games, it kind of made the viewing a bit more boring.

The best deal I found was on www.DeepDiscountDVD.com

It's a 'must buy' for any Bears fan though.

Think the broadcasts have come a long way? How about the commercials. My dad has that entire '85 season on tape (yeah, old people still use VHS), commercials and all. Its pretty neat to see how far technology in general has come, and its neat to see the Beloved trashing everybody they played that year.
