I would have never thought Ocean's 11 would be good and I ended up loving those movies. I give this one a chance. Hopefully Rihanna plays the roll of the Chinese acrobat and has no lines because she is a horrible actress but is nice to look at

If Hollywood wanted to make a successful film with women characters, wouldn't they be better off coming up with an original story rather than recycling an idea that has been done 4 times already?

Seriously, this is one of the major reasons Ghostbusters failed. Not only was it a recycled idea, but it was certain to never have a chance to live up to the original, which was literally catching lightning in a bottle.

I could point to Hunger Games as an example of Hollywood doing it correctly and reaping the rewards of it. Surely there is some adaptation they can bring to the screen that we haven't already seen a dozen times.

Oh well, at least this film will get a good "Half in the Bag" treatment. I don't think it will be worthy of a Plinkett review as the Ghostbusters flop was.
