The Celtics with a healthy Hayward and Irving would be able to match up with any team in the league and that includes the overrated Warriors. Next year it's on.

cavs showing their experience. pretty damn amazing how lebron, smith, korver and thompson are basically the entire team and theyre tied 2-2 in ECF.

but yea, no matter who wins, cavs or celtics, neither team holds a prayer against the warrirors.. or the rockets for that matter...

How is that amazing? Boston doesn't have anyone. A James lead team should have swept this team.

A team with the best player on the planet and another all star is tied with a team featuring one all star and who is led in scoring by a rookie. And we are using amazing to describe the former?

Be better Ike.

You said the same about the Thunder.

Yeah but I will put bread on this one if both are healthy and they face G.S. in the finals next season. If there are no significant injuries I will take that action.

if both teams come in healthy I got Boston. I never thought OKC could beat G.S. I thought they would come in second. As far as faulty predictions or analysis goes you have to start getting something right before you can call me out on what I get wrong. YOu are still living off Etwaun Moore being a 17th man.

I was the only one on this board that predicted the Cavaliers would still make the NBA Finals during their losing streak.

You can’t keep claiming credit for something you already rescinded.

Stick with your gut next year.

But they still aren't making it.

Harden refused to shoot an open 3. He looks shellshocked like he did last season.

Yup. That was as bizarre as his game 6 performance against the Spurs last year.

Zero chance this team would beat Boston or Cleveland.

It’s like GS is purposely keeping this game close. When’s the last time Durant even took a shot?

Hate that Tucker foul on Durant. Can't fathom the fouling of 3 point shooters which constantly occurs in the NBA these days.

Yeah that was bad.

In general I like how differently the postseason is officiated. I wish the regular season was officiated the same way. In the playoffs refs don’t usually bail out guys on wreckless drives with incidental contact.

I think Harden has been struggling with the different style of officiating (not tonight). He isn't getting bailed out on his forays to the bucket like he does in the regular season. They aren't calling those ticky tack fouls where he flails his arms as he drives to the bucket. What would be a foul in the regular season is more often than not resulting in a turnover or a wild shot at the rim.

Yup. Westbrook struggles with that a bit as well. It was a clear issue for LeBron in the Cavs/Indy series. It’s dumb the refs don’t officiate the regular season this way. Make guys earn it.

Harden has settled for at least 3 3 point shots in the 3rd. Curry might be heating up again.
