Yes there are stats on who gets pulled over most often and context is always needed with any stat.

Like for instance if a batter is 2-5, he's batting .400. Not the same as Ted Williams doing it over a whole season.

Being pulled over for driving a nicer car than the color of your skin indicated you should have...just my opinion.
