MANY people have Singer way down on their list. I dunno. I was thinking consistent 94MPH. but 91-92 with 94 once/start isn't going to cut it.

Its Madrigal. Sox are fairly certain the top 3 will shake out thusly and they'll take Madrigal.

1 Mize
2 Bart
3 Bohm
4 Madrigal

It would take an act of god to disrupt this in a meaningful way, if Detroit for some reason goes Bart then it'll be Winn to SF and Mize to Philly. Madrigal is their guy.

The fact that Keyser does not want him should be enough to sell anyone on taking him.

The midget is playing on ESPN2. He comes up with guys in 1st and 2nd with no outs and he bunted. He gets the Papa Ricker seal of approval.

So the Hostetler Doctrine, as far as I can tell after these three drafts, seems to be to draft college hitters who will use their prowess at the plate to move up through the system. Tools are not as important as offensive polish. Pitchers aren't flat out avoided, but they will only bite on one if its really their guy. Prep players may as well not even exist.

They drafted Burdi(which might of been their guy) and Hansen(who was pure value) a couple years ago.

I wonder if they will use the draft as an "excuse" to promote people...

I meant position-wise. I think he can start at W-S.

On the Score this morning they said he will start at SS.

He's probably already a better defender than Tim Anderson.

I would not doubt that for one second. If Anderson doesn't get better with the glove Madrigal will be knocking on the door not too long from now. They'll move him along just as fast they moved Beckham.

Luis Robert activated to Kanny

How many games until he hits the DL again?

I would guess his future is brighter than Bob Feller’s going forward.
