Lebron will sign with either Houston or GS to form a Super, Super, Super team. The NBA way.

Golden State don't want him, whoever signs the aging diva will regret it.

So much for your Lebron > Jordan narrative.

Lebron at 33 > Jordan at 33 is my narrative. And one game wouldn't change it.

Jordan at 33 wasn't mailing it in on defense.

Come on. He did a solid job on Jordan Bell and Shaun Livingston while KD and Steph were torching the Cavs.

It's the smart move. No coach is sticking his only shot creator/facilitator on the other team's top option. That would be suicide.

He should sign with the Bulls.

Dunn, LaVine, LeBron, Markkanen, Bamba with Portis winning 6th man of the year. Superteam.

Why the hell is James wearing a towel like an ascot?

Lol. You would be a terrible coach.

It’s suicide to let the other team score so easily than even 50-8-8 games don’t matter.

Philly, that team could beat GS

LeBron hasn't played any defense all season long. At least he's been consistent.

I wish Steph told Durant to fuck off and sign somewhere else. They didn't even need him to tarnish what they are doing.

Really? Driving home while listening to 670, the national guy made it sound like Curry was trying to trip and injure James.

Wherever Lebron goes, he's going to have to start decreasing his regular season minutes. He looks gassed in some of these games even though he's still putting up 30. Didn't he lead the league in minutes this year?

Jordan at age 35 averaged 38 minutes per game. You're going to be gassed digging yourself out of this argument you tried to start.

The one replay I saw, if you wanted to see it you could 'see' Curry try a weak leg kick but it didn't connect and even if it had James was already getting ready to make sure he tumbled as far as he possibly could to make sure everyone knew that he 'deserved' a foul.

He averaged 38 minutes per game at the age of 35 in a far more physical league. A league where you were actually allowed to play perimeter defense.

Yup. As much as I love Steph Curry, he would have been relagated to a Tony Delk like player if you transported him back to the 90s and he actually had dudes guarding him

Yup. As much as I love Steph Curry, he would have been related to a Tony Delk like player if you transported him back to the 90s and he actually had dudes guarding him

Nope. His range and shooting form make him unguardable. He would’ve been dominant in any era.

MJ fans are so protective of him you can't even discuss Lebron without bringing him up.

Curry is another bitch who wouldn't do shit without the team he has. Trade him for LBJ and that dude isn't winning more than 20 games with the Cavs.

The offensive numbers are clearly inflated in today's NBA compared to the late 90's when Jordan was in his mid 30's. The pace has skyrocketed and just about no physical contact is allowed on defense. In the mid to late 90's the pace stalled completely and plenty of physicality was allowed on the perimeter and in the paint. The manner in which offensive players accrue free throws in the current NBA is also a joke compared to past eras. Never before has it been easier to get to the line. How some people completely disregard these factors is hard to understand.

Can we just bump another thread for this? We had a good discussion about the Finals going.

I definitely don't agree with that, that's completely absurd if you're being serious. He'd be the best shooter in any era but if he was playing in the mid to late 90's his numbers would probably be somewhat diminished due to a slower pace, more physicality, and less free trips to the line.

Yup. The bitch here is Durant. You could remove him off the team and there would be literally no difference. He doesn't add anything to that team but a whiny mouth that needs to be fed now and then for a boring two point shot. He gives nothing to them in return.
