Lebron easily. Odell would barely move needles. He is washed up.

I was told that there is always more interest in the NFL. That is what McNeil and sycophants like Frank the clown apparently you keep arguing. Lets put it to the test then.

No one cares about the NBA (or so people here would like us to believe). With that being the case it shouldn't matter if it is Lebron, King, or Etta James the NFL should come out on top.

I have already proven my point regarding In season /out of season.

Both are out of season. Which player garners more headlines in this city if they were on the verge of coming?

Simple question.

This is Dan McNeil's section isn't it? Sounds like the right section to me.

Is this high-concept message board performance art or did you have a stroke?

Caller Bob is a true patriot.

What do you think the percentage of people will be that actually answers the question?

What percentage of this will come from the "No one gives a fuck about the NBA" portion of this board?

A very good WR in a true team sport vs the most recognizable athlete in the world in a sport in which a single player can change the entire direction of a franchise.

Totally honest comparison.

Maybe he means this in literal terms;

BEARS TRADE FOR OBJ

James to the Bulls

I try to give them a break now and then. As I understand it, (not sure if you are aware) but Frank has a mild case of downs.

No i was told that NFL interest trumps NBA regardless of circumstance. Very few if any placed qualifiers on it at the time. Totally fair question.

I think you need to re-read that thread. Maybe 7 or 8 times. If it doesn't sink in after that, then I'm sorry.

And in that thread, it was presumed that Lebron would be an out-of-town story, not a "coming to Chicago" story. You are yet again misrepresenting the arguments of others.

It was clearly stated on the first page. A guy that can be tricked by a damn mult as often as you shouldn't be instructing anyone to reread anything.

It is on page one and if you can't ascertain what is being stated then i don't know what to tell you.

Now there are all sorts of qualifiers and backpedals when it wasn't the case before.

There was absolute certainty as to what the bigger story was and is. Not so now. Why because Lebron is about to dominate either of the two off seasons and everyone knows it.

If Odell Beckham were coming to the Bears and Lebron was going to the Lakers his move to the Lakers would receive more coverage than Beckham to the Bears in this town if they occurred on the same day.

I think the hype when Jay Cutler was traded here was bigger than the hype would be if LeBron signed here.

the score big voice guy has already recorded drops/bumpers/spots for if lebron signs here. i don't think they've done the same for ol dirty beckham.

but hey, lebron's never had any glory quite like this tho:

maybe one person in your dumb thread said fuck all things NBA... the rest acknowledged there are times where NBA talk should be at the forefront. but if you want to keep on thinking the entire board thinks fuck the NBA, then please be my guest if it makes YOU happy
