Bummer.

Got to see them just once on their final tour in 2001 or 2002. One of the greatest shows ever. I still remember seeing and feeling the flames spelling Pantera behind Vinnie's kit at that show. I felt the heat from a couple hundred feet away. I'm not sure how he was able to tolerate it just right behind him.

Saw them in '92 and '93 at the Aragon Brawlroom and got a guitar pick, a ripped piece of a poster (fans shredded it trying to get a piece), and a can of Bud Ice that Anselmo threw out the balcony window to the fans after the concert.

R.I.P.

I wouldn't worry, he only has to make it through Cemetery Gates one more time.

Saw them at the Allstate as well. Remember when I was in the parking lot and some dude tried to Blazing Saddles one of the cop horses. Needless to say about 6 Rosemont cops were on him in an instant and they were yelling to keep his eyes open to spray mace into them. The guy still put up a hell of a battle though before they had him completely subdued. The show was also awesome.

I was at that show too. Phil was too drunk.

Edit: Nevermind. I saw them at Allstate.

Sounded like A New Level was playing while they were showing the Sox line up and the A's defensive line up.
