Last night was the 82nd game of the year. Hard to believe the season is already half over. Not sure if that makes me happy or sad. Their record is 28-54. That's a .341 winning percentage. They're on pace to finish 55-107. What a fucking joke.

It is a joke. I got into an argument on another board this year with a guy who actually predicted that the Sox would be around .500 this year and in the play-offs next year. Many others on that board were almost as delusional so I just left them to their blue sky projections.

Yep. It is amazing to me, how bad KC got almost over-night. And the Tigers are maybe going to lose one of the best hitters in the modern age as well as Martinez who is really getting old. It looks like the Tribes division for awhile and they are not any kind of a very good team. The Sox did it to themselves.
