Some dipshit went into a three year old's birthday party and started stabbing people... nine people, three adults and the rest are kids -- the birthday girl, two 4 year olds, a 6, a 8, and a 12 year old. Good God man, that's some sickness there.

I dunno . Story said he was living as a guest in the apartment complex then was asked to leave because of his behavior . Came back next day and went off . Long criminal history already . No need to evaluate.
