Most disappointing off-season of a Chicago team I can remember. (Remember Cubs are not a Chicago team).

Parker is also restricted. But I agree with passing on the guy with two ACL tears before 25.

Yeah there were some people who thought he'd be a max player and that is one of the reasons Thibs traded him. Couldn't pay all 3 max money. Now everyone is complaining even though the Bulls were able to sign him for much less.

Resigning him was the right call.

From observing him here in Milwaukee....Jabari seems to be an exceptional guy off the court but a bad teammate who doesn't work well with others. Good non signing.
