No. I'm saying Palka is a big time hitter. It would be nice if he shows his best in a Sox uniform but I doubt that occurs.

Does it sound like I'm saying the team he plays on is going to affect him? I'm just saying that, like Darkside, I'm certain the Sox have no clue how good he is. He should be a key piece of their rebuild. Instead he'll just be a piece in a trade, probably for some junk.

I'd have to go through the game logs and break it out but I'm sure there may have been a 25 decision stretch with the Sox where he was 5 or 6 games over .500.

August 27 2016 thru August 26 2017 Q was 14-9 over 31 starts for the Sox

Quintana is one game over .500 this season? As noted above, Q had good stretches with the Sox too.

He is who he is. After 100-120 starts with the Cubs, his win% will be somewhere between .490-.510. Not that you can't win with a guy like that, but he isn't a stopper or true #1 like Lester has turned out to be.
