Kinda cool that no matter who wins it'll be a Cub that wins.

He should have thrown it in the first round to rest according to Kasoer.

Harpers dad looks like an asshole with that dyed black beard.

Looks like he raised a cocky asshole, too.

2017 playoffs,he batted .211 against the Cubs. His Nats had their collective asses handed to them.

So enjoy your useless little HR_Derby trophy, ahole!

The thing about this competition is it's alot to do with the pitching. A couple of bad throws cost you 5 or 6 swings. And you got the time ticking. No way to control it. Harper's Dad was bad at it and he still won. If I do it I'm not getting my Dad or brother like Baez and Harper did. I'm getting the guy that throws me BP every day. He'll be better at it.

But it was fun to watch.

For those that say it sucks they just like to bitch. It's a nice event.

That was cool to see how jacked Harpers dad was. Schwarber gave it a great run. Was fun to watch

If everything was equal, let's say they had a pitching machine where the guys got it in their spot all the time, Shwaerber would have won. But it's not equal cuz humans are throwing the ball.

But it's fine. Harper overcame some bad throws to win.

It's just a fun competition worth watching.

Why not just make it a tee-ball competition and give everyone a participation trophy???

Missing my point. I'm just saying if it's all equal Kyle would have won. I don't mind that it's not equal like I said. I like the HR derby. Especially when they went to the clock instead of "outs".

If there's one thing we can all agree upon, its that the rules of the Home Run Derby have remained the same from the days of Babe Ruth to Barry Bonds to Kyle Schwarber. This keeps the integrity of the game intact.

Pretty sure they didn't have HR derby when Ruth was around. He would have killed everybody had they had one. He had more HRS then entire teams when he played. But he would have won the banging bitches and hot dog eating contest.
