I was just thinking that while the walks down memory lane can be fun it would be nice if to hear the HFC do an actual show again and less "Remember that time _____ was a jerk?"

For saying he doesn't care about nor think of Mike Murphy at all, and for how often he says it, Terry sure does remember a lot of perceived slights from Murph while just happening to work in a lot of shots at him.

And I heard the beginning of a Maddux Boy call-in saying how great the last two days have been...wasn't he one of the Bernstein Twitter Crew lambasting Mac's most recent return to the station?

He does say that a lot and it's usually followed by at least 15 or 20 minutes of him talking about Murph. Isn't part of Boers' book about Murph?

As much as I love Mac and Terry together, each shot at Murph diminishes them. I do like the clown sound drops though.

Problem is they expect the listener to hate Murph as much as they do because of all of his passive aggressive on-air stuff and hostile behind the scenes acts, and I just....don't feel that connection to either of them that I would gladly hate someone because they were unnecessarily mean to Terry Boers.

I'll laugh at Murph being a weirdo and making up his own fan club, but I will still find multiple segments ripping on the guy to be petty and bad radio, especially when those doing the ripping routinely tell me they don't care about him.

i'm amazed that they haven't been using this as a drop/bumper lately with the amount that mac has been willing to embrace the meme/title.

Caught the show after 430 another good one. Murph stuff a little over the top but every story is entertaining even hearing it again. I would be interested to see if Murphs ratings were better than Bernsie and Mc Doink. Do not recall what Murphs were at the time.

Shep put his two cents in as well. Maybe he should concentrate on improving his on-air approach and actually get a weekly show before talking shit about a guy who, whatever drawbacks he had, was successful enough to be a regular host for 16 years on the Score.
