It's pretty well documented that North engineered the entire thing with management being complicit.
You could substitute Mac for North in that statement with regard to the recent changes at The Score.

Except for the fact that this change made the station better and the North engineered changes did not.

Mac pretty much owned that yesterday as well. And he said that since the HFC break up everything has been about business for him. That is more than North has taken ownership for anything

The words "North" and "engineer" don't belong in the same sentence.

With Maddux Boy's bit of hypocrisy aside, Mac did address a desire after that call yesterday. Bringing back the idea of fraternity (I guess community would be better with the female fans) between listeners and shows. No, I don't desire Mac or other celebrities to be my friends, but don't be aloof or a deutsche bank at remotes. For all of North's faults, the Sky Pilots game was hysterical, as were some of the other remotes. I had a blast at the track with Mulli and Hanley, it was a fun event. Sports (even when your team sucks) is supposed to be fun.

Mac said "the kinder Dan Bernstein!" and half the crowd booed. The Jason Goff ride-or-dies must have gotten tickets to the show.

Or just booing the word "kinder".

There are shades of Bernstein that creep out from time to time.

Here’s a great analogy that is used frequently on the Score...Danny Parkins can be a contributor on a championship team...but he is not a 1 or 1A on that team. Honest question...what does he bring that is fresh or compelling? Isn’t that why he was hired away from Kansas City radio?

I don't listen to him a lot but enough to know I have no affinity for the guy. Doesn't seem to have a passion for anything other than maybe toking it up.

I like Parkins just fine. I like the afternoon show just fine. It's not B&B c. 2003 but nothing ever will be.

Hate to say it...but I think Mac has the talent evaluation skills of Dave Wannstedt if he really thinks Danny Parkins is future face of the Score. Parkins is fine...but a “star”...that’s a bit rich.

They wanted legendary callers and they got one... THE BRAND is on the air! And he even threw shade at someone's old co-host for hanging up on him... before broaching the topic of a 6 man rotation! #StickToRelevantTopics

Methinks they shined the BRANDSIGNAL via talking about Josh Hader prior to the legendary call/er.

That seems like an odd take. He’s pretty passionate about most of the topics he talks about and actually has a knowledge base of.

Well, what things in life do you find to be his real passions?

Sports, radio, gambling, weed, politics, arguing, etc. I don’t get a DGAF vibe from him at all really.

What the hell kind of question is that?

What the hell kind of sentence structure is that? That's about a half-step above "Whatcha been got goin' on".
